This 2 BR/2 BA condo is located within walking distance to campus and downtown (10-15 min), but far enough away from the crowds and noise. Located on W. Glenn Ave in Plainsview Apts, it's a corner unit on the ground floor and is set up for your comfort and convenience! Includes 2 free parking passes (EV charging available also, but you must bring a cable). It is perfect for friends, families or 2 couples looking to split the cost. We'd love to host you! Send us a message with any questions! The space Kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic amenities plus a toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle and blender. The kitchen even has a built-in desk perfect for setting up a laptop should you need to work during your stay. Both king size beds have memory foam mattresses and hotel quality sheets! Front bedroom features a Roku TV. The living room features a 55 inch Roku TV (YouTube TV provided), recliner and reclining sofa. There is a floor mattress and twin size air mattress if bringing extra guests. Full size washer and dryer located in large laundry room. Ironing board and iron also provided. Guest access 2 parking passes are included with your reservation and decals must be displayed to avoid towing. There are no designated parking spots for the unit, you are free to park in any available space. There is also EV parking available but you must bring your own level 2 charger. We can almost always accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs. Don't hesitate to ask! Other things to note The apartment complex is located near train tracks, and the train can be heard throughout the day and night, but this does not seem to bother most guests. If you are a light sleeper, we suggest using a noise maker app. We also have some small fans that can be used for white noise and the alarm clock in the master bedroom has a noise maker as well.
