Access to SHARED kitchen and dining room, wrap around deck. Plenty of free parking. Private room is on ground level. Your private room has a flat screen smart TV, mini refrigerator, table with 2 chairs, micro wave and coffee maker. Private bathroom just outside the room. Beautiful cabinet work. Well lit with spacious windows. Very appealing SHARED kitchen and dining area. SHARED living room. The wrap-around deck is most inviting for breakfast, dinner or just relaxing. Your private room and the whole property are quite remarkable. Plenty of easy parking. Ample parking room for boats and RVs on premises. I will try to be available when requested. As we live in this home there will be some interaction with guests. Very private area, no other houses are visible from our home. Surrounded by trees. Established fruit trees in yards. Close to Hwy 101 & HWY 53. This is an agriculture area yet close to small towns. You will need personal transportation. Not well equipped with public transportation. This is the home we live in. We are located in a rural area. At times you can hear coyotes howling at night and at times neighbor dogs will bark. Occasionally we are blessed with visits from our children and grand-children. On such occasions the house isn't as quiet, as we have dinner and play games together, we live, we love, we laugh, and sometimes cry together. (we shut things down before the stated quiet time, 10 PM)
