Linger Longer Lodge - Trillium Home near Lake Glenville

Linger Longer Lodge is on the "Village Green" in Trillium Links & Lake Club community. A great location, close to Cashiers and Lake Glenville. In the main living area, a tall stone fireplace is surrounded with comfortable seating and provides a large flat screen TV. The open living, dining and kitchen area allow plenty of space for friends and family to gather. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV as well as an en-suite private bathroom with a jetted tub and walk in shower. Off the main floor is a half bath, laundry room and a covered outdoor living and dining area, equipped with gas grill and plenty of seating. On the upper level of the home is a loft area with a day bed and trundle; equaling two twin beds. Two bedrooms, both with queen beds, share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A mother-in-law suite may also be rented for a fourth bedroom as well. A Trillium membership will allow you access to amenities including golf, a well-equipped fitness facility, outdoor swimming pool, tennis and more. Reservations for club amenities may not be made more than a week prior to the date you wish to reserve. The membership fee is included in the total amount given, but can be removed at your request if you wish not to participate in such amenities. Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
