Duplex Apartma Nikolina/Near to Ljubljana

We are located in Domzale, which is also very close to main attractions of Slovenia.( Ljubljana 15min., Bled 35 min., Bohinj 1 our., less than one hour to the ski resort Krvavec. The space The apartment has a kitchen with dining area and living room, a bedroom and bathroom. Place has fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, sink )In bedroom is a 2 double bed for 4 people and 2 single bad. Extra bed in a living room for one person. In bathroom is a laundry maschine and drier,  available towels, and bath accessories. We provide bed linen. There is a free WIFI, TV, klima and parking space. Apartment is completely renovated.  Other things to note The apartment provides a parking space for 1 car.  If you come with two cars, you can leave the second car 150 meters from the apartment. Important note for tourists. Due to the city regulation, also Airbnb guests (along with hotel guests) have to pay the local TOURIST TAX. From the 1st of Januar 2019 the tourist tax is 1,5€ per person a night. Please note that a tourist tax of 1,5EUR per person, a night is not included in the total price and should be paid upon arrival. This tax is charged to guests aged 7 and older. Others guests from 7-18 years old: 0,75EUR Under the 7 years old: 0,00EUR In the room there will be a container in which you can pay for a tourist tax. Please inform us of your arrival time, so the check-in can be as easy as possible. We dont want to bother/disturb our neighbors so we kindly request everyone to not make loud noises after 10:00 pm in the evening. We kindly ask you not to turn your car in neighbor's yard.
