A compact room offering plenty of privacy: originally a 1950s one room apartment, it features its own bathroom and a separate entrance via the stairwell. After a renovation, the room provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. The Old Town, the lake, and nature are all within easy reach, and free parking is available right in front of the house. The space The room is located on the ground floor and is accessible via the shared staircase through its own lockable door. At approximately 13 m², it is compact but practically furnished. It is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), a private shower room, free Wi-Fi, and a 55-inch Smart TV. For breakfast or a light meal, a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and tableware are provided, along with coffee and a selection of teas. If you prefer to have breakfast out, there is a bakery nearby. Upon request, we are happy to provide an additional mattress or a cot for children traveling with you. Guest access You enter the stairwell through our front door and go directly from there to your room on the ground floor. The room has its own lockable entrance door, offering you a private space. Other things to note Our house is located close to the town center. Although a busy road runs alongside the house, the room itself is quiet. At the same time, you are quickly surrounded by nature and can reach the lake in about 15–20 minutes on foot (1.7 km) or just a few minutes by bike. In the immediate vicinity, you will find several bakeries (about a 10-minute walk away) as well as shops for daily necessities. You are welcome to use our shady backyard and the small lawn area—complete with sun loungers—for breakfast, relaxation, or a quick break. The train station is approximately 700 meters away and offers excellent connections: you can reach Rosenheim in about 15 minutes, and Munich or Salzburg in roughly 45–60 minutes, depending on the connection. IC and EC trains also stop at the station. Bicycles can be parked securely in the backyard, and a charging point is available for e-bikes. We are also happy to provide guests with a bicycle equipped with a basket—free of charge—for short trips or shopping.
