In addition to your completely private apartment guests may access the common areas of the building including hallways, staircase and clean, dry basement. Washer and dryer is available for you to use also. Off-street parking is plentiful! Other things to note There are several lakes in the area: The Shenango Reservoir is 15 minutes away. Pymatuning Lake is about 30 minutes north; and Conneaut lake is about 45 minutes away. Cook Forest is a beautiful reserve of old growth forest, located about 60 miles away near Clarion, PA right off of I-80 East. There are lots of restaurants and historic places nearby.
