The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed, also with French doors leading to the deck, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living. The outdoor area boasts a spacious dining space with a barbecue and an outdoor shower, ideal for enjoying SB's sunny weather. A cozy and secluded front yard provides additional outdoor living space for relaxation. The house comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Parking is available for a maximum of 2 cars in the driveway. Guest access The house is situated on a peaceful, small dead-end street, ensuring a quiet and private stay. The driveway can accommodate two cars parked in tandem (one behind the other).
