It has a great mix of old school charm with the hardwood floors, red brick building and broad windows and a modern style with the renovated kitchen and bath and hip furniture. This apartment is on the second floor on the back, east-facing half of the building. It has one bedroom and another sunroom off the living room which is used as an office or reading room. LOCATION! LOCATION! * 1 block to City Park and 5 blocks to Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens * Walk to restaurants, coffee, retail, and music on Restaurant Row (17th Ave) and Colfax * 4 minute drive to Sprouts Farmers Market, Ideal Market, Whole Foods & King Soopers * 8 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District *8 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi * 30 minutes to Red Rocks. 1 hour 30 minutes to ski resorts * Nearby hospitals: 4 minutes to St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose. 20 minutes to UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO Guest access PARKING: 3 first-come-first-serve parking spaces in our parking lot in the backyard off the alley. Only 1 car per apartment in the lot. Street parking is free and available on our block. LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry is in the basement. The basement is accessed from the backyard stairwell. HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. Other things to note LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay. PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $90/dog/month. Please add your dog to the reservation, so Airbnb can collect the pet rent.
