Set at 1,600 feet above sea level amidst secluded village homes and little farms in the cooling mountain air of Janda Baik, The Hill is uniquely located on more than an acre of hillside land. The 3 modern chalets sit on a hill among mature durian trees and offer amazing mountain views and refreshing air. There is also a well-equipped shared kitchen and a Balinese-tile salt water pool, including a pool for the kiddies, + BBQ pits. Catering, plus event space available for small weddings etc. The space Each chalet hosts 6 pax (max 7 with additional mattress). There are a total of 3 chalets to choose from. Rooms have AC, towels, fans, a large balcony, fridge, free coffee/tea, glasses, table, hair dryer, electric kettle, ice bucket and a bathroom with a view and a full skylight. The resort area has minimal lighting, so on a clear night, this is the best spot for star gazing, with hundreds of stars across the horizon! Other things to note At 1,600 feet, the weather at The Hill is generally warm to cool. During the day its mid to high 20s, while at night it can drop to 19C. Please bring a light jacket. For the BBQ pit, please inform / make a reservation for it. There are 2 bicycles available for rental. (Take note that during Ramadhan & Hari Raya period, the complimentary breakfast is unavailable.) For those that prefer to dine out or takeaway, food options are available 5 - 10 minutes away.
