Experiencing this place is not just a break from one's routines, but a new way of feeling at home. The space We provide 3 private double rooms within a large flat comprising an entrance hall (where you can find useful information on local activities, the house manual, art materials from local creatives), a kitchen, a sitting room and a shared bathroom. Entering to one's left is the first large room with a comfortable double bed with an orthopaedic mattress, an armchair and reading lamp, and a coat rack. There is a communal dining area with a table seating 6 and a kitchen. There is a coffee machine and kettle in the room, which will always be present at each new arrival, as well as crockery useful for breakfast or if you want to use the kitchen. A large refrigerator will be at your disposal to store your food or refresh your drinks in hot weather. The bathroom is shared between guests: there is a walk-in shower, towels, and organic aloe toiletries. In the other area of the flat we find the other two double bedrooms, one of which is a deluxe double room of ample size (about 30sqm) with a comfortable double bed with orthopaedic mattress, an armchair and reading lamp, a coat rack, a desk and a wardrobe. Guest access Guests have access to the entire flat in the common areas and to their own private room. In the courtyard area, they have access to the flat's private garden, a little piece of paradise among fig trees, pomegranate trees, blueberries, an organic vegetable garden (under construction), etc., equipped with a sun umbrella, table, 4 chairs and sun loungers for sunbathing during the warm season. During your stay Interaction with guests, especially foreign ones, is a distinctive and fundamental trait for us.
