The space This holiday home has a prime vantage point that leads to an exceptional section of the Murray River. Whether it be water skiing, fishing or sitting by the river, the property provides an ideal retreat. There is a user-friendly concrete boat ramp, as well as access to a shared pontoon. The pontoon is available for pick up/drop off and assist with launching and returning the boat. Please note boats are to be trailered at all other times. There are two queen rooms upstairs, one with an ensuite. The second bedroom shares the main bathroom which is located downstairs. There is access to the secure garage if you wish to store bikes/scooters etc. The garage is not suitable for a boat, or car.
