Whether it be water skiing, fishing or sitting by the river, the property provides an ideal retreat. There is a user-friendly concrete boat ramp, as well as access to a shared pontoon. The pontoon is available for pick up/drop off and assist with launching and returning the boat. Please note boats are to be trailered at all other times. Perricoota Waters is an ideal option for two families – downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms with two single beds in each, as well as the second living/TV room with Smart TV. Upstairs offers parents a relaxing, spacious area to enjoy – the kitchen and inside living look out to the spacious balcony which doubles as an alfresco dining area. There are two queen rooms upstairs, one with an ensuite. The second bedroom shares the main bathroom which is located downstairs. There is access to the secure garage if you wish to store bikes/scooters etc. The garage is not suitable for a boat, or car.
