Renovated in 2023, our villa offers relaxation by the pool, fun days at the beach, mountain hikes, strolls on the promenade and Greece’s ancient sites. The space Upon arrival you will be delighted at how large and private the property and the house are. You’ll be greeted by an expansive, private garden with in-ground pool, shaded lounging area, BBQ and an outdoor dining area so you can enjoy your time outdoors to the fullest. When in season help yourselves to lemons, oranges, tangerines, apricots, cherries and grapes from our trees and vines! Sink into a good book under the shade and dip in the pool to cool off...the choice is yours! Inside you’ll find a spacious, open concept two-storey house. The main floor boasts a large and airy Mediterranean living room and dining room area, and large, fully equipped modern kitchen. We’ve stocked the kitchen with the basics – olive oil, sugar, herbs and spices – so you don’t have to. And our welcome basket (a guest favourite) makes sure you don’t have to do anything on arrival except get into your bathing suit and start relaxing. Two large bedrooms each with a Queen size bed, and two full bathrooms are also on the ground floor. Upstairs is the loft with a double bed a single bed and a pullout sofa. Large covered porches at the back and front of the house offer you an endless selection of places to hang out, views to take in, and enjoy your stay. The Doctor’s Villa sleeps 7 adults (can be expanded to 8 with a pull-out bed), and is children-friendly. Just let us know if you need baby-gates, a playpen or high-chair and we’ll have it all ready for you upon arrival. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, stove, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and, of course, an espresso machine. Also included are high-speed wifi, a dedicated work area and parking for 2 vehicles. Our local host is attentive and ready to make sure your every need is seen to.
