We can only accommodate max of 6 guests but 8 guests can be considered only for families. Base price is for 4 pax. Additional 800/head in excess. Our guest suite is just beside our house. It has 1 air conditioned bedroom and a spacious air conditioned living/entertainment area. 1 toilet and 1 pantry(complete with cooking utensils, ref, microwave and electric kettle), Outdoor dining, 3-5ft deep pool and jacuzzi(not heated). Located inside a gated subd along ortigas extension near valley golf. As our house is situated in a quiet neighborhood. We ask that you be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night or during the siesta. This may be a safe neighborhood but it is still best to be cautious to close the gate every time. Please do not block the driveways of the neighboring gates. 1 side parking only. STRICTLY No loud voices in the pool area after 9pm. Please feel free to move indoors where you can be a bit louder with the doors closed. We respect our neighbors and hope to be able to keep offering this place in the years to come. Please be considerate to our neighbours and our family. - Jacuzzi is not heated - Pool maintenance is 9pm. - Strictly no additional guests/visitors allowed. Unregistered guest not included in your booking will be charged 2000/head. - We only have a portable butane gas stove. Please bring a butane gas or get from us for 100/can if you are planning to cook. *update* -We now have a direct water supply from manila water 24/7.
