Kindly note the Rules and Regulations of the Estate before your book: ESTATE RULES: NO GROUPS ALLOWED – STICTLY FAMILY BOOKINGS ONLY • The maximum occupancy for the Villa must always be adhered to. A penalty of R1000 per person will be imposed if this rule is not followed. • The speed limit at the estate is 25km/h, please always keep within the limit. • For security reasons, there are strictly NO VISITORS allowed at the villas. A penalty of R1000 will be imposed if this rule is not followed and security will reserve the right to evict guests from the villa. • Strictly NO PARTIES allowed to be held at the villas. A penalty of R1000 will be imposed if this rule is not followed and security will reserve the right to evict guests from the villa. • MUSIC may be played at a reasonable level but must be stopped by latest 9 pm. • Please be considerate of the surrounding residents on the estate and try to keep the noise levels to a minimum. Security is instructed to monitor this, and penalties will be charged for non-compliance. • Check in is strictly from 14H00 to 18H00PM. Once you have followed the check-in protocol Security will direct you to your villa. • Check out is strictly before 10H00. Kindly close the doors and windows before departure. Also see that all the light switches and been turned off. • A penalty of R500 per hour will be charged for late check-out and will be deducted from your breakage deposit. • We also offer a late departure on Sundays (out of season) @ 50% of the daily rate. • A R3000 refundable breakage deposit (per Villa) is required 3 days prior to arrival and will be refunded within 7 days of departure. • STRICLY NO PETS ALLOWED • Any breakages and or damages will be deducted from your breakage deposit once an inspection has been completed. • Please also note that we reserve the right to deduct any penalties from non-compliance off your breakage deposit, you will be notified of any breakages or penalties before we deduct any funds. • If the repairs for damages exceed the amount of the breakage deposit, please note you will be held liable for these additional costs. KINDLY NOTE - THE VILLAS ARE SELF CATERING. • Only bath towels provided. Kindly bring your own swimming towels. • Bring your own soaps etc. for the bathrooms. (Limited soaps will be provided) • Toilet rolls, black bags, dish washing soap, also for dishwasher, Coffees, teas will be provided on arrival only. • Kindly bring your own Charcoal. LOADSHEDDING AND COLD WEATHER CAN AFFECT THE HEAT OF THE WATER IN THE JACUZZIS. PLEASE NOTE: NO JUMPING! THE JACUIZZI’S ARE FOR RELAXATION ONLY. The Villas with DSTV has ESSENTIAL PACKAGES. KINDLY CLOSE THE POOL UMBRELLAS IN BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS (BROKEN UMBRELLAS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CLOSED WILL BE FOR YOUR ACCOUNT)
