Sonoma Cottage: among the vines and close to EVERYTHING!!

The Cottage is set back from the road on a private acre surrounded by neighboring vineyards with a small meadow in front. We are located just outside of Sonoma proper in the Carneros wine growing appellation. Central to everything you could want to experience in both the Sonoma and Napa Valleys. The Cottage was recently remodeled with great thought put into the comfort of our guests including full generator backup in the event of power loss. We have Daikan air-conditioning / heating split system throughout with a gas stove in the living room and heated bathroom floors. Both bedrooms have floor heaters and Queen size beds that are outfitted with luxury mattresses. Our kitchen has all the amenities of home. And of course we have super fast wifi and a large flat screen tv with cable in the living room. Guests are encouraged to use the BBQ and our well maintained hot tub 365 days a year on our patio that faces the beautiful Mayacamas mountains. Adjacent to the patio is our pump house that holds a full sized washer and dryer. Uber drivers and local wine tours are familiar with our property and are used by our guests regularly. Our cottage is in a neighborhood of WORKING vineyards. Guests may experience seasonal activity and noise attributed to vineyard care and maintenance. HOT TUB IS "OPEN" FROM MARCH THROUGH OCTOBER.
