Ask about added discounts for 2 or 3 week stays. !! Beautiful 2 bed/2 bath condo at popular Runaway Beach Club; over 1150 sq feet, spacious with plenty of closet space. Note: If you go to the largest US rental site and search under runaway beach in kissimmee you may be able to locate my primary ad with 50 great reviews, mostly 5 star reviews. My rating is 4.8/5. I typically use airbnb just as a secondary site but you can book through airbnb as well as pricing should be similar. This condo has a private, first floor location with no stairs to climb. Windows face bushes/ trees for a relaxing experience. The complex has a great central location and is only a few miles from major theme parks and attractions. Runaway Beach has 2 pools, walking path, clubhouse with weight room, lagoon with fountain, gated. It contains washer/dryer, granite countertops and all the emenities to enjoy your vacation. Pots, pans, dishes, linens and towels are all provided. New laminate plank flooring in living and dining areas and upgraded carpeting in bedrooms added in 2020. New enhancements made to make the condo feel even more at home: Two nice new ceiling fans, 40" flat Screen TV for master bedroom, valences in the living room, room darkening curtains for the master bedroom, throw rugs in kitchen, entrance and baths, new shower curtains and mirrors in hall and living area. Also recently replaced: Refrigerator, new microwave, new flat screen/smart TV in living room and new full size bed and twin bed in second bedroom. One bedroom contains king bed. The second bedroom contains full and twin bed. Two pull out sleeper sofas are provided in living room. 2 large bathrooms with plenty of counter space. I use a highly reputable management company in the Disney area to clean and maintain the unit. The condo will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival. Each condo is individually owned and managed and I do not use the onsite management company. Disney parks, so many restaurants, super walmart and shopping centers all within 15 minutes. Very convenient location. I have had great results listing my condo on other sites with many great reviews but thought I would also try airbnb for a few supplementary rentals. The walmart is very close if you need to purchase small items. Note about pricing: 1) Ask for special pricing discounts on 2 week+ rentals. Guest access Clubhouse, grounds, pools, fitness center, hot tub Calypso Kay amenities across the street are also available for use by guests.
