The private balcony is the highlight, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a busy day, with views that create a serene atmosphere. Guest access Guests staying at our Chic Studio Apartment with Balcony Escape have full, private access to the entire studio. This includes the cozy living space, a fully equipped kitchenette, and the relaxing balcony, perfect for unwinding with city views. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, we provide essentials such as toiletries, fresh linens, and towels. Guests are free to use all amenities within the apartment to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Other things to note General Policies * Both unmarried and married couples are allowed. * Strictly No Parties, Gatherings, or Loud Music to maintain a peaceful environment. * Valid government-issued IDs (Passport, Aadhaar, Driver’s License, etc.) of all guests are mandatory at check-in. Visitor IDs must also be submitted. * Group & Bulk Bookings: Subject to approval by management. * Daily housekeeping and linen change every alternate day (except for cleaning used kitchen utensils). Check-in and Check-out Instructions * Check-in Time: 2:00 PM | Check-out Time: 10:00 AM * Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Subject to availability with chargeable Applied. * Guests must inform their estimated arrival time in advance. * Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. * ID Verification: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, etc.) Early Check-in and Late Check-out Charges Early Check-in Charges * Check-in at or after 12:00 PM: No additional charges. * Check-in between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM: Half Day Charges * Check-in before 10:00 AM: Full Day charges. (We recommend booking the night before your arrival to secure early access.) Early check-in is subject to availability and prior confirmation is recommended. Late Check-out Charges * We offer complimentary late check-out until 11 AM. * Check-out by 11 AM - 1 PM is charged at ₹800 for 1BHK, ₹2,000 for 2BHK, ₹3,000 for 3BHK. * Check-out by 1 PM - 4 PM is charged at a half-day rate. * Check-outs after 4 PM or later incur a full-day charge. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be requested in advance. House Rules * Smoking: Smoking is Allowed at Blacony. * No Parties or Loud Music: - Parties, loud music, and events are not allowed. - Quiet hours: 10 PM to 08 AM. Any noise complaints may result in eviction without refund. * No Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities, including drug use and gambling, are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities. Security & Safety Policies * CCTV Monitoring: CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for security. (No cameras are installed inside the apartments.) * Emergency Contacts: Guests must save the caretaker’s number for assistance in case of emergencies. * Fire & Safety: Fire extinguishers are available on the premises. Smoking, candles, or open flames inside the apartment are prohibited. * Key/Access Card Policy: Guests must return keys/access cards at checkout. Lost keys/access cards will be charged at ₹___. Extra Guest & Visitor Charges * Visitors are allowed between 2 PM and 8 PM. * Maximum 1-2 visitors allowed at a time. * Visitors before 8 PM: Free of cost. * Visitors after 8 PM: INR1000 per person. * Extra Guest Stay Charge: INR 1,000 per night. * Extra Mattress: INR1000 per night. * Unregistered Guests: Unauthorized guests staying overnight will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund. * Guests are responsible for their visitors’ behavior and any damages caused. Pet Policy & Security Deposit * Allowed Pets: (If applicable) Only small, well-trained pets are allowed. * Pet Charges: INR 500 per day. * Pet Security Deposit: INR 3,000 (fully refundable at checkout) - Pay Via Cash Only * Pet Rules: - Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest. Electricity Charges (For Long Stays) * For stays of 3 days or less: Electricity is included in the rental price. * For stays of more than 3 days: Electricity charges apply at INR 12 per unit. Child Policy * Children below 5 years: Stay free of charge in the same apartment. * Children aged 6-11 years: INR 500 per child, per night. * Children above 12 years: Extra bed required at INR 800 per night. Damage & Liability * Damage to Property: Any damage to furniture, appliances, or property will be charged at repair/replacement cost. Guests must report any damages immediately. * Liability Disclaimer: The management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Guests must ensure their rooms are locked when stepping out. Food & Kitchen Policy * Fully Equipped Kitchen: All apartments include a functional kitchen with basic appliances and utensils. * Food Options: Some properties offer in-house food services; others do not have a restaurant. You may cook your own meals or order online. * Cook Service: Cook services can be arranged on request at select locations (subject to availability). * Grocery Not Included: We do not provide groceries. Guests are requested to arrange their own. * Utensil Cleaning: Cleaning of used utensils is not included and must be done by the guest. Security & Maintenance Policies * CCTV surveillance in common areas is needed for safety. * Full power backup available. * Damages to Property: Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay. * Lost Keys: INR 1,000 replacement fee applies. * Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed indoors but permitted in designated areas like the balcony. Parking & Vehicle Policy Parking Availability: * Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. * Each booking is entitled to one parking spot per apartment. * Additional vehicles are not permitted unless approved in advance and subject to space availability. * Guests are requested to park only in the designated parking area. Vehicle Restrictions: * Heavy vehicles, commercial vehicles, or oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking premises. * Parking is strictly for personal cars or two-wheelers used by registered guests. Disclaimer: * The management shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside them. * Parking is provided as a complimentary facility, and guests are advised to ensure their vehicles are properly locked and secured at all times. Refund & Compensation Policies * Early Check-out Refunds: Refunds for early check-outs will not be processed unless due to verified service failures (e.g., critical facility downtime). * Cancellation Policy Refund: If the cancellation is made within the eligible period as per the cancellation policy, the refund will be processed within 4–5 business days. Additional Services & Charges * Airport Pickup: Available upon request. Charges apply – contact us for rates. * Car Rentals: Available. Reach out to reception for pricing & availability. * Laundry Services: Self-service washing machine provided. Full laundry service is chargeable. * Iron & Hairdryer: Provided on request at no additional cost (subject to availability). Cancellation & Refund Policy Flexible Rate (Regular / Member-Only) * Free Cancellation: Up to 1-3 days before check-in – No penalty. * Late Cancellation (within 3 days): One-night charge applies. * No-Show: No refunds will be processed. * Early Check-out: No refund Applied. Advance Payment Terms: * A One-night charge is required to confirm the booking. * This amount is non-refundable and applicable as a cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled late. * Booking will be auto-cancelled if the advance is not received at least 7 days before arrival. Advance Booking Rate (Non-Refundable Offer) * Cancellation & Changes: Not allowed under any circumstances – 100% non-refundable & non-amendable. * Payment Terms: Full payment at the time of booking is mandatory and non-refundable. General Booking Terms * Policy Applicability: Only the terms mentioned above are valid unless explicitly agreed in writing by our Sales or Reception Team. * Early Checkout: No refunds. Extension of Stay: * Must be requested in writing and as early as possible. * Subject to availability and revised pricing. * Full payment for the extended stay must be made upon confirmation. Approved Refunds: * Any refund will be subject to the deduction of transaction fees by banks/payment gateways. * Refunds will be processed within 4-5 days of the request, if approved. No-Show & Travel Disruptions * No-shows or cancellations due to travel disruptions (e.g., flight delays, strikes, natural disasters) will be treated according to the standard cancellation policy.
