 The 17m2 studio was renovated to a high standard in 2023. It has a comfortable 140cm wall bed with sofa, modern kitchen and bathroom with large rain-shower. 

Outside you find a covered seating area. 

 City-center: 2 min walk. 

 Ski lift Arnouva: 7 min walk through the park up via the escalator. Rent our ski locker at the lift for 50 CHF/week. The space A heated pool, a tennis court, a huge terrace with a view of the mountains, billiards, table tennis, table football. The luxurious residence Jean d'arc leaves nothing to be desired for young and old. Situated directly at the lake, 2 minutes walk from the city-center of Crans-Montana you will find shopping, stores, bakery, butcher, bars, casino etc.

 The residence offers private, locked parking right in front of the door.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, 2 hotplates, fridge, freezer, raclette, fondue, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle etc.

 In the bathroom you will find a large shower with rain shower.

 The secure and soundproof glass door gives onto an outside corridor with electricity and light. 2 chairs and a small table offer the possibility to get some fresh air.

 Due to its location in the house, the studio offers pleasant temperatures in summer as well as in winter. The Arnouva ski lift is about 7 minutes walk through the park and via the escalator. Our ski locker directly at the ski lift can be rented for an additional 50 CHF /week. Other things to note Tourist tax: CHF 5 per night per person aged 12 and over.
