On the ground floor, you will find a spacious dining area with a solid wood table and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and espresso coffee machine), ideal for convivial moments. The house features two bathrooms (one with a bathtub on the first floor and one with a shower on the ground floor), as well as a washing machine and dryer.
