We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Trémouille, this charming house of a surface of 55 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m² with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a closed courtyard. Come and relax in this house and enjoy a rejuvenating stay, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 25 m² with dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, gas cooker, freezer, electric coffee machine... - A back kitchen with washing machine. On the first floor: - A living room with a corner sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD and video library. - Bedroom 1: a single bed (90×190), a bunk bed (2 single beds), a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. - Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: a double bed (140×190), a cot, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. - A shower room with shower and washbasin. - Separate WC. Outside : - An enclosed east/west facing courtyard of 25 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Pets are not allowed - Electricity consumption will be entirely at the tenant's expense. A meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure (payment to be made on site). - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Set 2 pers with towels (2 large and 2 small) and bath mat for 20 euros; Set 1 pers with towels (1 large and 1 small) and bath mat for 10 euros. - The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our service provider on the spot).
