The space Aunt Bonnie's Heaven offers an exceptional beachfront retreat on St. Joe Beach, providing a tranquil setting amid convenient surroundings. The ground level comprises the principal living area, which boasts outstanding waterfront views and magnificent sunsets through a wall of sliding glass doors facing the beach. This level also includes the kitchen and dining room, as well as the master bedroom equipped with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a custom tile shower that is sure to impress. Guests can step out onto the open-air deck to enjoy the sea breeze. The fully stocked kitchen meets all meal preparation needs. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed offering picturesque gulf views, and another bedroom furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Each of these additional bedrooms includes its own en-suite bathroom. This home will become your own little piece of heaven on earth! Non-Smoking Unit No Pets Allowed All rentals are on a first come first serve basis when booking St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran's Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf. CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
