Pets are not allowed, and the apartment does not have air conditioning. The property follows waste separation guidelines, which will be explained upon arrival. Please note that government water regulations may affect services such as the pool, irrigation, or general tap use. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood. According to local regulations, loud music and talking are not allowed after 10:00 p.m. (Fridays and Saturdays) and 9:00 p.m. on other days. Please respect the neighbors’ rest.
