There is an elevator for the tenants, which is accessed by a few steps. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It can be freely used by 6 adults. The toilet and bathroom are divided into 2 separate rooms, which provides additional comfort. The apartment has a loggia with a comfortable corner sofa. The rooms have beds, wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. One bedroom has a 40" Smart TV and space for a travel cot, which is also included in the apartment. In the second bedroom, there is a dressing table with a mirror and a chair, which can be used as a place to work. The living room also has a 65" Smart TV with PlayStation 5, two pads and games for adults and children. The apartment has a bathtub, which also acts as a shower. In addition, there is a washer-dryer. In the closet there is a brush, mop, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and a clothes dryer.
