Wombat Cottage is conveniently located a short drive to Albury CBD. It comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 large & one single. There's an enclosed backyard, large, undercover outdoor dining area & plenty of parking. Nail Can Hill is only 2 minutes away for great walks. Feel at home with all the comforts you require during your stay, with access to the whole house. Perfect for families, couples, singles or professionals, with the bonus of having your family pet to stay too. The space During winter, there is gas central heating to keep the cottage cosy and warm and in the summer, there is two reversed cycle air conditioners and ceiling fans to keep cool. This house consists of 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and separate toilet located through the laundry. BEDROOMS There are four bedrooms. 3 double rooms and one single room Bed 1 - consists of one queen bed and one single bed. Bed 2 - consists of one queen bed Bed 3 - consists of one queen bed Bed 4 - consists of one single bed KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator and dishwasher. LOUNGE The lounge consists of a Smart TV where you can sit back and relax. Toys for the kids can be found in the dining room buffet. DINING ROOM There is a dining room table and chairs and a highchair too. The buffet contains board games, toys and some tourist information leaflets. MAIN BATHROOM Consists of shower, bath, vanity and toilet LAUNDRY AND SECOND TOILET The laundry contains a washing machine, airer, ironing board and iron. Through the laundry is a second toilet. GARDEN The garden is fully fenced with a large, undercover alfresco area. PARKING There is space to park two cars on the driveway, one which would fit under the carport. There is also plenty of space for off street parking. PETS This is a pet friendly property. Please bring your pets bedding, food, bowls etc and pick up any mess they leave outside. Guest access Wombat Cottage and its amenities are for you to enjoy for the duration of your stay. You will find the pantry and bathroom cupboards have all the necessities you might need during your stay. Other things to note We have provided some basic amenities to help you get started with your stay from towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet rolls, oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and sugar.
