The accommodation enjoys an enviable position, in a lively area equipped with all the essential services, and overlooks the beautiful streets of the historic centre. It is perfect for living and breathing the ancient Renaissance Urbino within its ancient and characteristic alleys. The space The 40 mq apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift: you need to climb the stairs to access it. There are also two internal steps at the entrance to the apartment. The internal space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and electric oven - Living area with sofa, dining table and TV - Bedroom with two single, wardrobe and desk - Toilet with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating with boiler, one fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
