The 50 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a farm worker's house, which was built around 1959. The location on the outskirts offers wide views over the fields. The adjacent road is only moderately busy. In front of the house begins a several-kilometer-long pear tree avenue. Not far from our apartment runs the Way of St. James "Via Imperii". The space Our apartment consists of: Living room with sofa bed (3-seater) Bedroom with double bed Kitchen (fully equipped) Bathroom with shower Facilities: Double bed with two separated mattrasses (hardness 3, each 2.00 x 0.90 m) and adjustable slatted frame Sofa bed (lying area 1.90 x 1.10 m) Baby travel bed 120 cm x 60 cm (suitable up to 15 kg) free of charge on request. Wi-Fi / TV Fridge with freezer compartment Stove / dishwasher Microwave / coffee maker / toaster Bed linen / towels Other things to note The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people. An extra bed for a third person on the sofa bed in the living room is possible. Unfortunately, our non-smoking apartment is not wheelchair accessible. We try to meet the needs of allergy sufferers as much as possible. On request, we can provide dust mite-proof bed linen. We largely avoid the use of cleaning agents with fragrances. Pets (including our cat) are therefore unfortunately not allowed in the apartment. Free parking is available on the property, as is a closed bicycle shelter (only temporary for the time being). There are two e-bikes (28-inch, men's, 7-speed hub gear, front wheel motor) available for our guests. Battery range up to approx. 80 km. €7.50 rent per bike/day. Includes helmet, bicycle bag and lock. Our large natural garden can be used for recreation. Garden chairs are available. We live on the 1st floor above the apartment. If you have any questions or problems, we are there for you quickly. There are only two people living in the whole property. A quiet atmosphere is guaranteed.
