The space a quiet neighborhood..... a very clean place.......one window in the bedroom and another in the kitchen makes this private new basement a unique space to rest work or relax .....and it's next to the markets restaurants and freeway....... Guest access the basement is all yours during your stay ....it's private and has a private acess from the back of the main house .....acess from the left side of the neighbors garage ...between his garage and a storage there's a sidewalk Other things to note please ...do not smoke in our place or either outside ....if you want to smoke please go outside take a walk through the side walk in the street and trough out the cigarette in the trash bin ...... let's respect the neighbors...thank you
