La Paudila - Charming Périgourdine

La Paudila is a vacation rental villa for max . 6 persons equipped with every modern comfort, a heated (from april '16) swimming pool in a large private garden ( 20a) and stunning views on the hills, forests and vineyards of the Perigord Pourpre. The space Authentic atmosphere created by the traditional architecture ( old tiles , white sandstone , oak beams, restored doors , wooden floor) Spacious rooms with lots of light, modern bathrooms , fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) Child proof: lots of facilities for (small) children (bed, chair , cutlery, toys, DVDs etc). Heated private swimming pool, private garden , terraces , private parking Mini-football /basket terrain as well as table tennis available at 50m Guest access The entire house, its garden and swimmig pool area is available to our guests. Other things to note 1st bedroom with four beds (or 3 + baby bed) , 2nd bedroom with two beds + baby bed . Sofa bed ( 1,40m ) available in the living room . Two bathrooms and two (separate) toilets . Maximum number of guests is limited to six. Rates are based on a stay of four people/week and include all costs (including cleaning, bath and kitchen towels, bed linen ) . In July and August and during other school holiday periods (e.g. Eastern) the house is rented from Saturday to Saturday. Outside these periods, other arrival and departure days are negotiable.
