Renovated in 2021 while keeping most of its historic charm and matching the antique shops-neighborhood vibe, you'll enjoy the comfort of new AC/heating, plumbing, and appliances. This house offers living areas on the main floor, basement, and upstairs – all for your comfortable enjoyment. Unpack and settle in: Each bedroom has a closet and dresser, providing space to organize your belongings. Fully Equipped for Your Stay: Relax knowing you have everything you need, from a clothes iron and hair dryer to a first-aid kit and extra blankets. We're constantly adding thoughtful touches to make this your home away from home. Layout & Amenities: Unwind in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room on the main floor. Starter essentials like oil, salt, and pepper are provided. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower are conveniently located on the main level. Upstairs, is a bathroom with a clawfoot tub/shower and double sinks. And a bedroom with a closet and newly installed ductless AC/heater wall unit for your comfort given that the Portland summers are getting warmer and warmer. The finished basement offers a washer/dryer, a basketball pop-a-shot, half size ping pong table, board games. Backyard is fenced; only open side is the pathway to get to the backyard. For those not familiar with neighborhood, the following unique points of interest are nearby just to name a few: 1. Oaks Amusement Park; including roller skating rink (1.5 mile) 2. Westmoreland Park Nature Playground (0.5 mile) 3. Food carts/food trucks: Sellwood Corner Food Carts (0.3 mile) Piknik Park Food Carts & Beer Garden (0.5 mile) 4. Red house around the corner of Lexington Ave and 15th Ave has goats, chickens, and rooftop garden - take a look while on a walk to 13th Ave dining and shopping. 5. Oaks Bottom Refuge Park (1.5 miles) 6. Sellwood outdoor community swimming pool open during Summer (0.5 mile) For your peace of mind, this is a very safe and secure neighborhood. There are also a few outdoor security cameras throughout the area, including some from our neighbors and businesses, as well outdoor on our home to ensure you check-in smoothly. Other: Our place is stocked with toys, board games, Wii, books, and even a car bed and/or crib upon request. Guest access Access through main front door or side door. Parking made easy: Park right on the street or in the convenient driveway. Other things to note We are unable to accommodate pet cats due to severe allergies with cleaning team and owner. The refinished floors, doors, and windows are original to the home as well, fitted with antique doorknobs and hardware. PET OWNERS: Please note that the pet fee is non-refundable so that we can provide additional cleaning for future guests who may suffer allergies. Additional hair, fur, and feces cleanup will result in additional charges, including $20 per pile of poop collected in back yard. We really appreciate your cooperation.
