Triple H Guest House/RV & Farmette

This fully renovated 5th wheel has everything you need, plus No Cleaning Fee! Situated on a hilltop in a quiet foothill neighborhood, you'll have a lovely view of our little valley and mountains. It sports a full kitchen with basics for cooking, RO for purified water, fridge/freezer, coffee maker & , Amazon Fire TV, WIFI, small but well equipped full bathroom, natural latex queen sized bed, AC & heat. Enjoy coffee and fresh eggs, and while you watch the pigs and chickens graze below. The space Our guest house is in our fenced front yard. You'll be able to safely park your car right out front on the street in the guest parking spot . You'll have a lovely view of the Sierras as well as our pasture and the quaint ponds below. We raise Kunekune pigs and will gladly take you down the hill to meet them if you'd like. We also have assorted fruit trees and a garden. We practice organic gardening and if we have fruit and veggies in season when you're here we will gladly share some. Things to be aware of: This is a 5th wheel trailer. There are 3 levels of heights. The standing height in the living/kitchen area is 6'2" under the AC. The rest of the living are is 6'4". The height in the shower is 6'3" and the height in the bedroom is 4'8"--almost everyone has to duck down in the bedroom. If you're taller than 6'2" you'll have to decide if this is a good choice for you. AT&T and Verizon cell services are the only ones that work. We have WIFI that you can connect to in the guest house. The guest house and property is non-smoking.
