This fully renovated 5th wheel has everything you need, plus No Cleaning Fee! Situated on a hilltop in a quiet foothill neighborhood, you'll have a lovely view of our little valley and mountains. It sports a full kitchen with basics for cooking, RO for purified water, fridge/freezer, coffee maker & , Amazon Fire TV, WIFI, small but well equipped full bathroom, natural latex queen sized bed, AC & heat. Enjoy coffee and fresh eggs, and while you watch the pigs and chickens graze below. Our guest house is in our fenced front yard. You'll be able to safely park your car right out front on the street in the guest parking spot . You'll have a lovely view of the Sierras as well as our pasture and the quaint ponds below. We raise Kunekune pigs and will gladly take you down the hill to meet them if you'd like. We also have assorted fruit trees and a garden. We practice organic gardening and if we have fruit and veggies in season when you're here we will gladly share some. Things to be aware of: This is a 5th wheel trailer. There are 3 levels of heights. The standing height in the living/kitchen area is 6'2" under the AC. The rest of the living are is 6'4". The height in the shower is 6'3" and the height in the bedroom is 4'8"--almost everyone has to duck down in the bedroom. If you're taller than 6'2" you'll have to decide if this is a good choice for you. AT&T and Verizon cell services are the only ones that work. We have WIFI that you can connect to in the guest house. The guest house and property is non-smoking. We will give you as much privacy as possible, however, if you need help with anything or have questions about the area, we live on site. Just text, call, or if you see us outside working give us a holler and we'd be glad to help. The neighborhood is lovely here for walking, biking and even a scenic drive. There is a wide variety of wildlife and livestock that you may see on site and in the neighborhood (deer, raccoons, quail, hawks, hummingbirds) Care should be taken if walking at night as we do occasionally get rattle snakes, bears, and bobcats. We have a guest guide book that details and maps things to do in the area as well as places to eat and shop. Day hikes, fishing, rental of paddle boards, kayaks, and patio boats is available at Lake Success marina which is an 8 minute drive from our place. Eagle Mountain Casino is a 30 min. drive. Giant Sequoias at Balch Park and Mountain Home State Forest are a 50 minute drive from us. See listing pictures. It's a nice place to see these amazing trees without the crowds of the National Park. Looking for a swimming hole? A 25 minute drive up Hwy 190 and you'll find the best swimming holes and natural water slides in California along the Tule River (Details are in our guide). You'll need your own transportation to get here and get around for sure. There is no public transportation in Springville. It gets hot here in the summer---really hot! Frequently up to 100F 37C. The trailer has air conditioning, but it could affect any outdoor plans you have. Although if you are planning to do lake activities the heat is nice. And if you are driving up to higher elevations (Balch Park, Ponderosa, or Camp Nelson), the temperature will be lower and much more comfortable. This is great location for walks, running, fishing, and/or biking year round. (Must have gears on your bike--or you'll be pushing it up hill). Chains are not required for our place but if you plan to travel over 4000ft elevation in the Sierras during the winter, you may need them. Balch Park is only open from May--October. It's closed during Winter months.
