Just 30 minutes from Vienna, you can expect pure relaxation - a spacious room with private bathroom and garden access is at your disposal, further internet and TV. Enjoy the tranquility in our 4ha large grounds, consisting of meadows and forests. For children, a large playground as well as various vehicles and toys are available indoors and outdoors. Our goats enjoy petting and delicious grasses. Goat walks are possible after consultation. Shuttle service is possible by arrangement and an additional fee. The accommodation is occupied by us (2 adults, 2 children) all year round. We occupy the upper floor. The rented area is located in the basement. Guest access During your stay you will have access to the 4ha large property, consisting of meadows and forest. In your room there is a 60 "TV including various streaming services, DVDs, satellite reception. Of course, you can also use the Wi-Fi for free. For the children there are two playgrounds, a large sandbox, a motorbike park, climbing wall and various vehicles. Indoors, a table football table, various toys, books, puzzles are available after consultation. During your stay We are available for our guests 24/7. Other things to note We offer a flexible booking - this means that we are happy to take into account the wishes of our guests by arrangement if it is possible for us. In general, we do not offer check-in after 7 pm, this only in special exceptional cases. We therefore ALWAYS ask for consultation regarding check-in (and check-out) times before booking.
