Guest access 🚗The house is situated near the road and public transportation is available. 🔐You may access our public beach on our private property, just a few steps (1 min walk) at the back of the house 🐟 You can also buy freshly caught seafood sold by nearby neighbors at a cheaper price. 🏪 Many convenience stores nearby. 🗺️ For road guide and house direction, please refer to Google Map or Waze. 📌 Were located in Birhen sa Lourdes Chapel, Brgy Baod, Bantayan Island, Cebu Other things to note ❌ It's NOT a beachfront house. We are only near the beach. Private access going to public beach at the back of the house. ❌ No hot shower 📌 Quite Hours : 10PM to 6AM 📌 Guests can tour the shoreline to buy fresh seafood from the local fishermen at an affordable price. Guests can also go shell picking during low tide. 📌 We will collect a security deposit of Php2000 upon arrival. This will be returnable upon check out in full if there will be no incidental cost or consumption of beers and drinks we provided in the refrigerator. 📌 Early check-in is allowable but depends on the availability of the house. However, we will charge 200php/hr whole group. 📌 No restaurants nearby. However, lots of convenience stores within the area. We suggest getting your groceries in the Bantayan market before checking in. 📌 Every morning, the water pressure is low. However, we have a back up water that can be utilized. 📌 Strickly NO smoking and vaping inside the house. Designated smoking area are found outside. 📌 We experience southwest monsoon or Habagat during June to November. Shore might be not in a good state since many seaweeds were washed-off during that time. 📌 Amihan or northeast monsoon season usually happens during December to May. The beauty of nature and clean shore must be experienced. 📌 As we celebrate the Feast of Birhen sa Lourdes during the 1st until 2nd week of February.
