As of July 2022, brand-new 43" Samsung Crystal Smart TV with Spectrum ( cable app) Installed as well as Netflix (installed) TV is capable of other apps if you have your own subscription The twin Bedroom has 2 twin beds one a beauty rest , and the other a memory foam with feather bed( trundle) and custom made wrangler and buffalo check bedding. There is a small kids TV (VHS) for videos The kitchen is a open space and extremely well stocked with all of the gadgets. 3 types of coffee makers include : Keurig; Mr. Coffee; Coffee Press. as well as a coffee grinder. Waffle Iron; Blender; Nutri Bullet; Cuisinart Food Processor; Rice Cooker; mixer; Crock Pot; all types of mixing bowls etc. The property has a HUGE fenced in back yard as well as a play structure for kids. There is also a lovely Hot Springs private hot tub just for this unit only available year round. *** WALKING DISTANCE TO THE LAKE/ BEACH** Once you arrive, you don't need to drive;) see below for all the summer amenities. On the deck there is a BBQ available year round , but the 6 person patio set available until the weather is cold / snowy. As soon as the snow flys the patio set / chairs gets put away, but the BBQ stays out .In the winter we have snow sleds for guests use. Also please note: This is duplex ( 2 separate units) This unit enters upstairs although only 2 steps to enter. (NO flight of stairs) In the summer we offer 2 paddle boards, and 2 kayaks. This year we have added 2 kayak carts as well as a beach wagon, ice chest, 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella ,sand toys, and noodles*** SUMMER items only available from the start of memorial weekend until mid Oct. weather permitting** ALSO*** We now have outside Jenga , and lawn darts There is a lower unit that enters on a different street. They also have no stairs and their amenities such as smaller back yard and hot tub are also private. **Also Just installed ** Beautiful New gas log insert fireplace. No wood used See guest access for more info. One thing VERY Important. There is NO STREET parking whatsoever.. This summer 2023, Placer County started issuing fines. The fines are $1500.00 :( If any neighbors complain of noise, quiet hours 9:00 PM to 8 AM ;cars in the street etc. they will call the short term rental of Placer and they will fine you. We have parking upstairs for 1 car up to a larger SUV to the right of the front door and to the left a very small car. I would suggest carpooling or parking at the Crystal Bay Casino 1 block away if you have 2 . Please call me if you need info. *** DRIVING INSTRUCTION FOR THE WINTER**** VERY IMPORTANT!! ALWAYS CARRY REAL CHAINS FOR YOUR TIRES NOT THE CABLE TYPE. WHEN PARKING AT THE HOME IN THE WINTER IT CAN BE VERY ICY COMING UP GULL AVE. THE EASIEST WAY IS TO GO 2 BLOCKS UP TO STATELINE RD. MAKE A LEFT THERE AND THEN AND ANOTHER LEFT ON COVE ST. THAT WILL DEAD END INTO PIER STREET. TURN RIGHT AND IT WILL WRAP AROUND AND ON THE LEFT HAND YOU WILL SEE THE CABIN. PARK TO THE RIGHT OF THE FRONT DOOR IS THE EASIEST. WHEN LEAVING GO THE SAME WAY. You name it!! This home has it!! Very well stocked with cooking amenities including a Cussinart food processor, three types of coffee makers: Keurig, Coffee Press, and Mr. Coffee. Rice Cooker, Crockpot, waffle maker, Blender, mixer, Nutra Bullet, the list goes on.. Outside : private hot tub; fully fenced yard; Doggy door; beach chairs; wagon to take to the beach; full swing set in back yard.
