Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). The space The apartment comprises : - 25 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) on the mezzanine. - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
