Four-room apartment for 4 people located on the ground floor. Comfortable, fresh and cozy, it offers a green space for outdoor dining. Located along a private road bordered by a gate, with private parking next to the house. The apartment is located a few meters from the town square, convenient for services and about 150 meters from the beaches of Pomonte. We can provide a discount for ferries. The space The accommodation is equipped with all amenities and consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a washing machine, a microwave, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Each window is equipped with a mosquito net. The kitchen is equipped with all the material you need to cook (essential services such as pots, dishes, cutlery...). The parking is private and reserved, guaranteeing a safe parking space in front of the house. *BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, BUT MAY BE REQUESTED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST OF €15 PER PERSON.
