Check in & out time: Check in time: after 3.00pm Check out time: before 11.00am Please take note that early check in & late check out is subjected to availability. The charges are RM 50 per hour. 2. No smoking & durian in the house Straightly no smoking & bringing back durian into the house. A penalty of RM 300 will be charged to guest if smoking & durian found. 3. Quite hours after 11.00pm This a residential condominium. Please DONOT make noise or party after 11.00pm. 4. Extra charge on additional guest There is an extra charge RM 35 per guest per night for guest after 6 persons. Additional item like towel, blanket & pillow will be provided. 5. Guest has to inform if the house is used for event / parties. It to prevent your visitor for not allow coming in the condominium. After Party Please clean the rubbish/stickers/balloon/food waste before check out. We reserve the right to charge extra RM 200 cleaning fee. If sticker in wall, will have extra RM 300 repairing/repainting cost on each wall. 6. 2 Car Park Lot provided For guest who have more than 2 car park, may park at visitor car park. Please that noted that there is no free visitor parking in this building. The charges is RM 1 per hour. For visitor, they have to take ticket and pay by autopay machine located at level 3. 7. Strictly no shoe in the unit 8. NO provide coffee, breakfast, slipper, toothbrush & toothpaste in the unit. 9. Any damage or lost found, we reserved the right to charge on the replacement on those item or furniture.
