Convenient, Private Apartment Near the Capitol

1 bed, 1 bath apartment available in the historical district of Augusta. Lots of natural light. Open concept living, fully furnished with washer and dryer in unit. Linens and towels provided. Flat screen TV, natural gas fireplace, leather sofa, Queen bed, Private 2nd floor entrance with staircase, off-street parking, balcony porch. You'll check in electronically with a code that we give you. We will be available when needed, but will respect your privacy. The space You can park on the far right of the driveway. There's room for two cars there. To access the apartment, use the staircase at the back of the house and enter through the door on the balcony porch. The apartment is in the back of a duplex. We are also renting out the other unit. The space is fully stocked with dishes, appliances, linens, etc. and is set up so that traveling professionals, people in between homes, or someone looking for a place to hunker down for the winter. There's a natural gas fireplace for heat, an ac/unit in the bedroom, and a box fan. Our neighborhood is very nice and there are plenty of scenic places to walk (downtown, around the historic district, up by the cemetery). It's a quiet street that's easy on the eyes. And you're tucked back in a nice little corner with windows offering great views of the neighborhood on either side. Guest access You'll have access to the balcony, the back stairs, and the entire 1 bed, 1 bath apartment. There's a fully stocked kitchen, wifi, sheets, towels, etc so you just need to land here with a suitcase and some groceries. Other things to note This is a very old building and is undergoing slow-paced, but constant renovations. We communicate very proactively and do most of the work ourselves when we have time. Most of our guests have barely noticed aside from small interruptions like temporary power outages.
