Located in an extremely quiet neighborhood. This coastal quaint large bedroom & luxury bathroom is highly sought after! Private entrance. Only a short car ride or bike ride to the Siesta Key Beach. Guests control their own cooling temperatures. WiFi, small refrigerator & microwave, flat screen smart TV - no cable, Keurig coffee maker & coffee pods. Smoking prohibited on property: $500 fine Noise & parties not welcome. The space The space Unique, coastal plank floors, bathroom all tiled including the ceiling, marble sink tops and floor, upscale faucets. Guests control their own cooling temperatures in their space like a hotel room. You can’t miss the unusual Muscovy ducks that have made our neighborhood their home. They go for walks on the street and they don’t quack but softly hiss. Please do not feed them as they have become quite the nuisance to many of the neighbors. Guest access PRIVATE separate entrance with off street parking and access without interaction with host. It has a nice tropical view from the bedroom through the large double sliding glass doors with a paver stone entrance; There is seating outside your door under a shady tropical canopy that is shared with an adjacent Airbnb room. This other Airbnb is a 1 or 2 bedroom space with its own entrance across the hallway from Flamingo room. Neither Airbnb share any indoor space. Other things to note We are very allergy free. We do not have a dog. No pets ever go into the space. We have a professional cleaning company come in and service the room after each guest. Oh and did we say that this is a very quiet neighborhood and we want to respect that?! Space is not suited for infants or small children. Guest access Please park on Old Oak Street driveway. You may use Spring Creek driveway to unload your luggage. Other things to note IMPORTANT- The house is on the corner of 2 streets and there are 2 driveways. The owners’ driveway is on Spring Creek Dr- which happens to be the driveway closest to the units - your parking is on Old Oak Dr and there are signs on the garage marked “Flamingo” and “Dolphin”. Park in the driveway and walk around to get to your unit. The beach is 3.5 miles from the house. If you don't have a car, you can take the bus by walking 0.3 miles to Siesta Dr & San Remo bus stop and board the SCAT 33 bus Westbound to either the Ocean Blvd & Calle Miramar (by Beach Access 5), this is a 19 minute ride, or take the bus to the big public beach at Beach Rd & Beach Way Dr., which is a 22 minute ride. You can also rent bikes in the Village of Siesta Key at Robin Hood Rentals, or Opua Adventures-on Siesta Key Dr, which is close to the house. We have beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for you to use. There will be a $25 fee for each missing item.
