Our large swimming pool (unheated but covered) will be accessible to you. Space and terrace with garden furniture, dining area and solarium. Calm and rest assured, closer to nature! Guest access Travelers will have access to the entire property. The villa built on a plot of 2000 m2, leaves a beautiful outdoor space and does not suffer from any known nuisance. The place is very quiet ... a space that provides a breath of fresh air. Other things to note Please refer to the welcome booklet of the QUERUBI studio that we put at your disposal for the sake of efficiency. Deposit check of 200 euros requested on arrival (not cashed) and returned on departure if everything is perfect. The end of stay cleaning will be carried out by the tenant. The latter has the possibility to delegate this task to the owner under cover of a participation of 30 euros.
