It has a private front porch with a hanging chair to enjoy along w/a tiny table & chairs for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon. The kitchenette comes with a microwave/fridge/freezer, dishes, utensils etc and also a tiny hot plate/coffee maker and oven combo (3 in 1). Other things to note Guests are more than welcome to enjoy the backyard and patio area. Washer/dryer is located in the garage and available upon request.
