Escape to our serene backwater property in Panangad, Kochi for a peaceful getaway. Featuring 3 bedrooms (1 AC and 2 non-AC), it's ideal for a relaxing family getaway or intimate parties. Conveniently located close to all facilities in the metro city, you can savor the comforts of the city while staying secluded from the hustle and bustle. The space The house has 3 bedrooms. One AC bedroom with attached bathroom on the ground floor. 2 Non AC bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (not attached) on the first floor. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a view of the backwaters. In addition, the house consists of a large dining area, living room, a spacious lawn, balcony overlooking the beautiful backwaters and an outdoor Gazebo. In addition to the 3 bedroom Villa listed here, we also have a Studio room (AC, bathroom attached) and a one bedroom Villa (AC, attached) inside the same compound. In total, we can accommodate upto 12 people in the whole space. Outdoor dining with your loved ones is something you will definitely enjoy. We have full time housekeeping staff who will take good care of you. We can serve tea, snacks, etc. from 7 AM - 9 PM. Any grocery purchases, etc. can also be considered. Guest access The compound consists of a 3 bedroom Villa (the listing you are on), a one bedroom heritage studio and a one bedroom Villa. The outdoor area and patio is common to all. Other things to note Kindly note that being a backwater front property, mosquitoes are very common in the area. We have provided mosquito nets in all the rooms to ensure your protection indoor. For outdoor gatherings, the space can accommodate upto 50 people. Kindly speak with the host to arrange the same.
