The space Frangipani is a 3 BHK Villa with all the amenities needed for a comfortable experience. Each bedroom is equipped with a comforting double bed and has an attached washroom. We have a fully functional kitchen, a spacious drawing room, a patio on the ground floor and a spacious balcony on the first floor. We have a high speed internet connection, and is perfect for those who wish to work remotely from our villa. We have a swimming pool, whose access is common to six villas in the complex. Guest access Frangipani is reachable by well connected roads, and can be easily navigate to. It is close to the beaches of Betalbatim and Colva which are 2.5 km away while the beaches of Majorda and Sernabatim are 5 km away. The guests have entire access to the 3 BHK villa which includes the drawing room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms along with the patio, balcony and terrace. One can have a quiet evening with bonfire and barbeque in the terrace. We provide you with a caretaker whose charges are included in the tariff. The swimming pool is shared in common by 6 villas including our villa. We have a spacious parking space in front of the villa which is free of cost. While pets are allowed in our property, it is to be noted that it will be the responsibility of the guests to take care of them and any maintenance that accompanies it. Other things to note Below are some of the details to be noted : 1. Complimentary Breakfast Breakfast is complimentary and comprises one fixed dish for the entire group among Bread Omelette, Parantha, Upma or Poha along with tea or coffee. Anything over and above the same will be charged separately 2. Kitchen usage for lunch & dinner For those who wish to use the kitchen, the groceries to prepare the dishes shall be procured by the guests. Our caretaker will also be glad to help in the event they need his assistance for the same. If the services of our caretaker is needed in the kitchen to prepare the meals, INR 600 shall be paid for the same 3. Identity proofs for check-in Soft copies of IDs of the guests shall be needed at the time of check-in along with entries in our register as mandated by the local laws. The valid IDs are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID and Passport 4. Procedure for foreign nationals Foreign Nationals checking in our property will be required to provide a copy of their Passport and Visa 5. Swimming Pool is a common space shared by 6 villas of the condominium setup.
