Want to get away from it all in the Brabant countryside? Then come and enjoy this cozy cottage. In this cozy cottage, you will find a cozy wood-burning stove, a nice sitting area, an extensive kitchen and 3 very cool bedrooms. You can also enjoy the outdoors indoors, as large glass facades give you great views. In the garden, you will find outdoor furniture, BBQ, a shared swimming pond, fire pit, parasols, hammock, but also all kinds of play facilities for the kids. The space The cottage has 3 great bedrooms (6 beds), one of which is on the ground floor (double bed) and two on the upper floor (one double bed and one double bed that you can make into two single beds). There is a handrail. Furthermore, it has a living room and open kitchen with French doors, separate shower, separate toilet, underfloor heating, private garden, driveway and space for 3 to 4 cars to park, in addition there are 2 free camping beds, for this if desired bedding is available and a high chair. There is a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine that can also be used to make cappuccino and lattes. Both machines use ground coffee. The cottage is equipped with a wood stove. The first basket of firewood is included in the price. After that, there is a fee. This is €8 per crate. There is a terrace and a large garden, with a shared swimming pond, trampoline, go-kart, play tree, a slide and a swing. There is even a small food forest under construction (shared garden). The cottage is located diagonally behind our house. The garden of the cottage is at the back of the cottage, so you have all the privacy you need, while we are always nearby if you need help with anything. The hot tub can be booked as an additional option. Guest access The vacation home is a detached house. Except for the barn, this house is entirely at your disposal. Other things to note We provide plenty of clean linens and towels. Dishcloths, tea towels and hand towels are also provided. The cottage has a private garden. The swimming pond, playground and mini food forest are located in the shared garden. The hot tub can be booked as an additional option. We do not provide breakfast.
