In this cozy cottage, you will find a cozy wood-burning stove, a nice sitting area, an extensive kitchen and 3 very cool bedrooms. You can also enjoy the outdoors indoors, as large glass facades give you great views. In the garden, you will find outdoor furniture, BBQ, a shared swimming pond, fire pit, parasols, hammock, but also all kinds of play facilities for the kids. The space The cottage has 3 great nice bedrooms (sleeps 6) one of which is on the ground floor (double bed) and two on the upper floor (one double bed and one double bed that you can make two single beds). There is a stair railing available. Furthermore, it has a living room and open kitchen with French doors, separate shower, separate toilet, underfloor heating, private garden, driveway and space for 3 to 4 cars to park, in addition there are 2 free camping beds, for this there is bedding available if desired and a high chair. There is a filter coffee maker for making coffee, and there is also an espresso machine that you can use to make a cappuccino and a latte macchiato. Coffee beans go into this device. The cottage features a wood-burning stove. The first basket of firewood is included in the price. After that, there is a fee for that. This is €8 per crate. There is a terrace and a large garden, with a shared swimming pond, trampoline, go-kart, play tree a slide and a swing. There's even a small food forest in construction (shared garden). The cottage is located diagonally behind our house. The garden of the cottage is at the back of the cottage so you have all the privacy you need, while we are always nearby if you need help with anything. The private garden can be completely closed off with a gate. The hot tub can be booked as an additional option. Guest access The cottage is a detached house. Except for the shed, this house is completely at your disposal. The private garden can be completely closed off with a gate. Other things to note We provide plenty of clean linens and towels.
