I’m a proud first-time homeowner and have the space to share my beautiful home. I’m located .6 miles from Ohio Health for visiting families or working Drs; 4 miles from Shawshank prison; 5.4 miles away from Mansfield Lahm Regional Airport for servicemen and women; 1.5 miles from downtown Mansfield; 5.5 miles to Mansfield Motor Speedway; 7.7 miles to Snow Trails; 20 minutes away from Malabar Farm and 35 minutes away from Mohican Park. Also walking distance from a friendly neighborhood bar. The space I love my house and want to share it with others. You will have a comfortable, private room on the 1st floor in The Den. The sofa bed is a queen but had put a regular, full sized, 3” thick mattress topper on it, since a queen was too big. I’ve been told the bed is very comfortable. There are rustic barn doors and curtains for privacy. Also included in The Den is a mounted tv and sound stick; I don’t have cable but have a Chromecast hooked up to the TV. If you want to share the room, just know with the sofa bed open, there’s not much space. There is room to put your stuff on the shelf as well as the coffee table. If you are traveling with a 2nd guest and want separate rooms, you can rent the guest room on the 2nd floor at an additional price of $80 during the week and $95 on the weekend, if it’s available. If you enjoy watching sports, The Red Fox, the neighborhood watering hole is within walking distance. **The security deposit fee according to Airbnb is not charged unless I file a claim within 2 weeks, which I haven’t had to do yet. I completely trust my guests but accidents can happen. I’m sure everything will be fine but feel comfortable with that extra precaution. Thank you for understanding. ***I have to begin charging a 3% lodging fee per the county beginning March 1. I added that into the cost per night. Guest access Shared kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and outdoor spaces. During your stay I’m typically home and enjoy interacting with my guests. Other things to note The half bathroom is located in the basement and is there in case the main bathroom is in use. It’s a toilet and sink but not enclosed…it’s clean and works when needed. I’m only down there when doing laundry or working out, so you’ll have privacy.
