Hotel-quality bed linen/towels can be rented (100 DKK/pers), beds made up on arrival. Nice bathroom with wellness atmosphere & modern kitchen with basic amenities. The space 🏡 The ground floor consists of a nice, very well-equipped new kitchen, cozy living room with wood-burning stove/heat pump and stairs to the 1st floor master bedroom with sea view, bathroom with underfloor heating, towel dryer and 2 cozy charming bedrooms with good closet space and blackout curtains. 🛏️ All bedrooms have good beds, nice mattresses, and hotel duvets. - Blue room has its own exit, and it is possible to add a weekend bed/children's bed in this room. - Green room is absolutely perfect for 1-2 people. The garden can be accessed from the kitchen, bathroom and the living room. ☀️Untidy Porch with outdoor furniture overlooking the garden and meadow. Small porch by the kitchen. We are planning an expansion of the terrace for the start of the 2026 season On the 1st floor, there is the large, bright, magnificent bedroom with open direct access via the stairs from the living room. Here you will also find the house's small but very cozy guest toilet. There is access to the balcony with outdoor furniture and dining table. Here it is wonderful to eat dinner in the summer, listen to the grasshoppers' song, enjoy the sea's roar in the distance and the beautiful sunsets. The house is secluded and here is very quiet. There are the many birds 🪶🪺🐦‍⬛in the area that break the silence. 🌱 Nature is changeable and often you can hear the wind and the ocean's roar in the distance. The pheasant (Franz), hare 🐇or 🦌deer also often pass by the house. Especially in the early hours of the morning. 🌊☀️👙. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the clean clear water (Blue Flag certified) remember to bring sunscreen, because UV radiation 🧴is high when you live by the water. If you are a winter bather, the bathing pier can be used all year round🩱 🚲 In the small shed you will find 3 bikes that are free to use. There's also a children's bike ( 5-6yrs) Rejoice🤗 It's SO wonderful❤️ no matter the season and the weather. Guest access You arrive at the house and can lock yourself in with the key 🔑in the key box. The code will be sent to you after the reservation in the week up to your vacation. You have access to everything except a locked storage room, which is an extension of the common storage room Other things to note Linen package costs 100 DKK (13€) per person. And charged separately through Airbnb before your arrival. If you take advantage of this obvious relaxing option, the beds are beautifully made up on your arrival and then you just have to think about having a holiday☀️🏡 There is a heat pump in the house that uses electricity. It's connected to wifi. We'll turn it on for you so you can arrive at a heated house and a warm bathroom with hot water in the taps. We want to let you know that the heat pump is for HEAT and must NOT BE USED FOR AIR CONDITIONING. 🔥We also provide firewood 🪵for you for the first fires (the box on the porch) and encourage you to use the wood stove to heat the house if possible. It's the coziest and gives the house a very special vibe. But also in terms of environment and energy prices. Therefore, use electricity and water with care, as it was in your own home 🤗 Ordinary consumption is included in the price. High consumption beyond what can be expected in relation to the season will be settled through Airbnb after departure by 5kr/kWh. Welcome book for the house and area is ready for you.
