The space The exclusive light-flooded apartment 0-11 is located in the eastern wing on the ground floor of the Waterkant Suites Aparthotel and offers plenty of space for up to 5 people on 68 m². The Waterkant Suites are located directly on the promenade in Börgerende and thus directly on the sea. The cozy living area with large windows to the sea side has a comfortable corner sofa, which can be converted into a double sofa bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m) in a few simple steps, and provides plenty of entertainment with a flat-screen TV and Bluetooth/DAB radio. The spacious balcony on the sea side is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. Of course, terrace furniture is also available here, so you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner in private in the sunshine, for example. Due to the corner location of the apartment and the windows to the east and south, you can enjoy the sun in this suite at (almost) any time of the day. The bedroom offers a modern box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib and a high chair can be booked on request. This suite 0-11 is one of the few that has an extra room. This is equipped with a comfortable single sofa bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) with a pocket spring mattress. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level rain shower, as well as a towel warmer, a washbasin with a cosmetic mirror and a hairdryer. The open kitchen with dining area has a dishwasher, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave with hot air for baking rolls, 2-plate ceramic stovetop and kettle. For your special comfort, a Tchibo capsule machine is at your disposal. The Waterkant Suites provide free WiFi. Please understand that smoking is not allowed in the suite out of consideration for other guests. However, smoking is allowed on the balcony. No pets allowed on this property. A fixed underground parking space is included with this apartment. The clearance height is 1.90 m. There are no free outdoor parking spaces on the grounds of the aparthotel. Guest access The aparthotel has a wellness/spa area with an indoor pool, adventure showers, oases of tranquility, sauna, bio sauna and steam bath. Use is included in the price for guests of our apartment during the opening hours of the SPA area. The aparthotel also has a lobby with reception, where you will be happy to help with any questions. You can park your bike in the bicycle cellar in the underground parking lot. There is a restaurant in the building and several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Each apartment has an assigned parking space in the underground garage, the parking space is included in the price. Please note that there are no free parking spaces outside the aparthotel. Other things to note The restaurant in the aparthotel is open again, An early reservation for the breakfast buffet is recommended. From 04/01/25, longer opening hours are also planned again. The breakfast buffet can be reserved in advance at a price of €20 per person per day (on site €25 per person per day). Please let us know your wishes.
