Hiking, recreational and family vacation in Extertal Bösingfeld. A spacious apartment for 5 people below the "Hohen Asch" cordially invites you for a relaxing and cozy stay. The apartment consists of a large, well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a large living-dining room and a balcony with awnings. The space The property is located in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors and is comfortably furnished. In the living room, there is also a dining area. A high chair for children is also available. In addition, there is a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall and a DVD player. A radio with CD player is also available. A board & card game collection is available for cozy game evenings in rainy weather. The balcony can be reached from the living room. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for a nice vacation. In the kitchen you will also find a cookbook for regional dishes. The bedrooms all have new mattresses with toppers and moisture protection. Bedroom 1 has two 80 x 200 cm mattresses. The other bedrooms each have mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm. Bathroom 1 has a bathtub in addition to a shower and toilet. There are also various cabinets as storage space for personal items. Bathroom 2 is one floor higher and has a shower with toilet. For our little guests, books and some toys are available. There is parking for cars on our property. There is also public parking on the street. In about 5 minutes on foot you can reach a nice playground and the forest. From here begins the Schnattergang, which is also easy and nice to hike for kids. Various nearby destinations are also within easy reach, such as the Pied Piper town of Hameln, the Weser Uplands, the Externsteine in Horn Bad-Meinberg, the Hermann Monument and the Adlerwarte in Detmold, the Detmold Open Air Museum and the Bad Pyrmont Zoo. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via a common front door. Both apartments have separate entrances within the house. The apartment is accessible by a staircase. You also have access to the garbage cans in the garage. Other things to note From 01/01/2024 to 04/30/2024 and from 10/01/2024 to 04/30/2025, we charge an additional fee for heating costs of 40 cents per kWh. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to calculate the heating costs fairly. On arrival and departure, the meter reading is recorded and billed.
