Guest access Key Handover via Lockbox The key handover is handled via a lockbox located in front of the building. Prior to arrival, you will need to complete a short form so that we can send you the access code for the lockbox. Once you receive the code, you can conveniently and easily access the apartment. The keys are stored inside the lockbox and can be taken from there. Upon departure, please place the keys back into the lockbox to ensure that the next guest can access the apartment without any issues.
