Ith apartment "On the Ith"

The house is renovated in 2022 according to the latest standards, modernized and lovingly furnished. It consists of 2 identical lockable apartments, each with its own living-bedroom, bathroom and hallway. Each apartment can be occupied up to a maximum of 4 people, the house in total with 8 people. The soundproof doors, which separate the living-bedrooms from each other and the common room/kitchen/terrace (shared use), ensure peace and undisturbed sleep. The space The accommodation consists of 2 identical lockable apartments, but they share a kitchen and the terrace. - The living-bedrooms each consist of a double bed (180*200cm) with orthopedic mattress, a wing chair with side table, a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, a desk with chair. The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed (Apt.1: 140*200cm; Apt.2: 160*200cm) with a mattress and slatted frame with a flick of the wrist if needed. Blankets, pillows, high quality hypoallergenic bedding (155cm x 220cm) are also available. In the hallway is a full-length mirror and a closet. Each apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people. - The modern bathrooms have a floor-level shower, a toilet and a sink. Equipped with a hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo, as well as toilet paper. - The kitchen / entrance area from the terrace share a room. This room is shared by both apartments. Here you will find a selection of books and board games, a very well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. The coffee machine is filled with beans. The terrace with furniture, cushions and fleece blankets invites you to a cozy get-together in the fresh air. Guest access -Common kitchen/ terrace/ bike room During your stay I and my husband Klaus are available to our guests for information, with questions and possible problems with advice and action. Other things to note Furthermore, there is a washing machine and a dryer, which can be used from the fifth night or by arrangement. Car and motorcycle parking spaces are located directly next to the house and are free of charge. There is also a lockable bicycle room. On the terrace you will find a small selection of badminton games.
