Designer home! 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, office, patio, renovated and heated salt water pool (open from mid April through end of October/ early November), BBQ grill, central heating and cooling systems, swing set/ play set in the backyard. On the ground floor you will find a bright and large gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and a 12ft island covered in stone. Next to the kitchen you'll find sliders that lead to the private backyard with pool. Adjoining the modern kitchen is a formal dining room, which flows through to the living room. The living room features a decorative fireplace and a 65" Samsung LED smart TV ready for you to access your favorite streaming content. There is also a convenient half bath located near the front entry. Completing this level is large office space. On the newly renovated second floor, one guest bedroom is set apart, and two additional bedrooms share an ample bathroom, and all rooms have window views of the inviting grounds and pool below. The large master suite faces the front of the home and offers a king size bed, its own full marble bathroom and a closet. Please note - no shoe policy in the house! The half-acre plus property is fully fenced in the back, is accented with flowering plants and has a green lawn. The grass and pool benefit from plenty of sunshine. A Japanese Maple provides shade for the brick patio and BBQ area located just outside the kitchen, a wonderful spot to enjoy poolside time with family and friends. The garage and large private driveway allow for plenty of room for guest parking. High-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property. Honeywell thermostats on both levels control the brand new central heating and cooling systems. The home is located on a low traffic cul-de-sac, and convenient to access roads. Other things to note We have a no shoes policy inside the house. If you have any allergy to pets, please be aware that we have a small dog that stays with us when the beach house is not rented. The house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in between stays. Sporadically throughout the season we might have interested renters and buyers coming to see the house. If that happens during your stay, we will provide a 2 day notice, it will be limited to 1 time per stay and it will last for 1 hour maximum.
